 In EMERGENCY SITUATIONS (i.e. flood, sewer back up, gate not allowing entry to the community, etc.) call (954) 346-0677.  In the event of fire, please call 911 first.

 Please leave your name, telephone number, Association name and the exact nature and location of the emergency on the voice mail.

 The Property Manager on Duty will handle emergency calls at the time of the call; all non-emergency calls after 5:00 P.M. will be returned the following business day.
